I'm trying to book BKK to Siem Reap over Chhristmas and cannot get the web site to quote me flights or prices. don't know if it is a temp thing or I'm just doing something wrong.

Is there a better way to do this? Eddie at Seatours? call the airline directly?

Call them - I don't think there are any discounts on Bangkok Air but checking with Eddie wouldn't hurt - just be sure to ask him for the lowest available price.

I have booked online. The website can sometimes be balky (especially because I use a Mac at home). If you can be patient, I'd try again in a couple of hours or tomorrow. You could call them at their 800 number. Eddie, of course, can get the tickets for you.

Their booking site has been down all day for some reason. Would suggest that you try again tomorrow or the next day. Usually it is a simple job to book your flights.

I did experience some problems about two weeks ago. After a couple of failed attempts, I called it a day and started again the next day. And it worked fine.

My advice - be patient.
