Is Seoul worth a Stopover in Rout to Thailand

We will be travelling this spring to with two older children to Thailand for a two week trip. We are still finalizing our Thailand itinerary, but in looks to be very busy trying to go to BKK, the north country, and the southern beaches. Our airline, Asiana, arrives in Seoul late in the evening so we will have to stay over at least one night before continuing our journey. The airline will allow us to make a stopover for longer, so do you think it would it be worth spending a couple days in Seoul, or given the short amount of time, would it make more sense to travel on the next day to BKK. Any thoughts appreciated.

SInce you are visiting three places in Thailand on your two weeks trip, I'd just fly to Bangkok the next day. If you are interested in Korea, then spend a few days there, but omit one of the Thailand locations. Otherwise, you'll be spending all of your Thailand time going from one place to another.

Note also that Seoul is expensive in comparison to Thailand.

Thanks! Sounds like good advice in terms of time and money.

Forget Seoul- your time is better spent in Thailand.
