Internet access

Does anyone know where I can get stable and fast internet access for a few days? I am travelling to Hong Kong and I need to do some stuff for work, so I'm going to need some stable and trusted source of internet access.

I will be staying in Hong Kong for a while, but I'll only need to access the internet once in a while. Thanks!

What about in your hotel?

Your hotel should be able to offer you stable and fast internet access. There may be a charge for it.

My hotel does offer it but it's pretty expensive and I don't think it's worth the price. And honestly, my hotel room is a bit too dark to be doing work in it, I'm trying to look for a place with good lighting so I can work comfortably as well.

Better questions are how much you are willing to pay and what kind of places let you sit for a while comfortably to work...

If you want free, go to any public library or museums. They have free wifi.

If you want to sip coffee while you work, Pacific Coffee and Starbucks have PCCW wifi. Not free:

Here's another wifi provider. At many McDs, and other Starbucks. Many McDs in HK have McCafes, a cheaper alternative to Pacific Coffee and Starbucks for expresso drinks.
