Are you going as part of a group tour or is an agent booking an itinerary for you?
On a group tour, the entrance fees might be included, but look at the documentation for your tour to be sure. If you simply have an agent booking the trip for you, providing a car and driver, etc, you will be expected to pay your own entrance fees.

And when comparing prices, be aware that entrance fees in Sri Lanka are startling high. $10 US is routine for quite ordinary places, and the multi-site Cultural Triangle ticket is $50 US. (Kathie - I think reddottours included some entrance fees in their quote.)
Galle isn't a beach destination. You can stay at Unawatuna and day trip to Galle. Unawatuna is very touristy, but so is Galle. If I had to do it over, and I really wanted a beach, I'd go for one further east.

Just looked at my invoice from RedDot and they have included entrance fees the invoice shows total costs and split between transport, hotels and entrance fees. However I did make a specific request for certain excursions to be included.
