I believe this info is collected for all travellers TO the US as well. There must be some big gaps in my records, as I do lot of overland travel.

Do you think I can get them to take photos and keep a travel journal for me as well? Maybe they can Photoshop the pictures for me, then I won't have to learn how. What a country!

If big brother wants to watch me travel, knock yourself out. They should fly with me to make sure I get on the flight. I hope they sit back in Coach with me and do leg pumps to fend off DVTs and feel the numbing boredom of long flights. Better yet, put them on an Air India flight which is more like one huge in-flight day care center! Sleep - not happening on this flight.

I do like the comment about them sending us copies of photos they've taken!

You have to see humor in so many of these government undertakings.
