Inexpensive Air Ticket HKG-BKK-HKG
 

As with other readers I am finding no inexpensive fares between Hong Kong and Bangkok when I search on line. Low prices featured on TraveloCity are NEVER available. Any suggestions?

The cheaper options are to take Emirates, FinnAir or Orient Thai, but their schedules are not that good. Usual price for the return trip is about HK$2300 for CX, TG, etc. It is therefore ususally far cheaper to get a flight+hotel package to go to Bangkok... only a few hundreds (HKD)more for a 2-night stay.

if you are willing to fly from Macau then I believe that Air Asia may have some bargains for you...

www.saveflights.com it's bangkok bassed and showes fares from bkk to hk, but at least you can see what other airline options you have. I think Kenyan tends too offer some of the lower fares between the cities.

Emirates and Gulf Air both very good, both have daily flights, Kenya Airways has 3 a week, very good fares, nice service, lots of choices.
