India Photos

I still haven't gotten around to write my trip report for our India trip last Nov. But I recently uploaded some photos, so I might as well share them. Mostly pictures from the Golden Triangle portion of the trip.

You shouldn't need to log in to view the photos. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks.

Wow, JC, just great, great pix! Especially loved the lawn mowing at the Taj, and the monkey family at Galta (didn't get to Galt,a looked interesting), and the "Horn Please" truck started a big hit of nostalgia for India... What camera were you using?

Wow, fabulous photos. So many of them could have been mine, but yours are much better!!

JC98, you have a yen for composition and you deserve a better camera.

Thanks, all, for looking at the photos and for the nice comments! Good to hear from India old-timers (waynehazle, lcuy, etc.) too, whose photos and trip reports on India inspired me in the first place.

thursdaysd, yes, we were so thrilled to see the "lawn mowing machines" at the Taj. Galta was a nice half day trip. I have more photos of our highway driving not posted. Very fascinating to observe common Indian lives on the road.

agtoau, you sound like my brother. He also suggests that I get a better camera. I used a compact, point-and-shoot Canon, although I did use the manual metering mode for some shots.

sharon1306, have fun on your 1st India trip!
