You can drive to Ooty from Coimbatore - it's 2.5 hours and v. pretty (not the main town but the surrounding areas). Delhi is a must, in my opinion. You can go to the maldives/lakshwadeep for the beach option. Male (Maldives) is only 45 minutes by air from Trivandrum (capital of Kerala).

Thanks again for all of the help. I did see the post on Andaman not being included in the air pass. I am ok with that. I am not looking to save money just want to have a good time!

We are going to Coimbatore for one night only to visit relatives. I did look into Lakshadweep but to stay there is very pricey!! And not too many options that is why we liked Andaman. May give the Maldives a glance - didn't know it was so close!
