Idiotic time zone question
 

If I fly at 11 am in the 9th from Hawaii to Tokyo , and land at 3pm, that is 3pm on the 10th, correct? Weirdly, my itinerary for Delta doesn't say next day but surely it must be?

Never mind. Not flying delta after all and other airline indicated next day.

Don't forget about crossing the international date line.

Your airline itinerary will give you the local time and date of arrival or departure.

My itinerary doesn't say date- That's why I was confused. But it says +1, so that means the next calendar day, right?

Correct.

I did check on expedia for this and If you click on "flight details" you will see a date and time.

The time zone change I love is when I leave Tokyo and arrive in Seattle before I left!

UAL had a HK-Chicago flight that given crossing the date line arrived 5 mins, before it left. :D.
