Thanks, emd, I'll look into the no jet lag and melatonin then, and will look over the melatonin posts elsewhere here!

I also used the NoJetLag homeopathic pills when I went to Kyoto this past March. I stopped taking Melatonin though as I didn't think they worked for me. However, I did take Ambien at bedtime for my first two or three nights so I pretty much felt okay. I do take an Ambien if I go from NYC to Europe but with the long flight to Japan plus I had to change at DFW I couldn't figure out when to take an Ambien ;-)
