Idiots.

Just the sort of idiots who'll blame cabin crew for there not being enougth overhead stowage.

Read the Terms and Conditions, adhere to them, and there's no problem.

funmonkey thanks for the advice on the weight thing. I have heard it is pretty strict and we are gone for 2 weeks too adn so lots of luggage is going to be needed. I am very nervous about Krabi over having picked Ko Samui. Did you like it?
