It is quite strange that some spellings in English from Thai are not quite correct, for example, the "H" in many words is always silent, and it is not needed. <BR>So, you should pronounce: POO-KET.

I agree, its pronounced <BR>poo-ket. I've been there 3 times and that's definitely how the Thais say it too! <BR> <BR>See ya
