How do I get to Bali from NJ?

Does anyone know which airlines make this trip? What is the most direct route??
i would be leaving from Newark Airport In NJ/

I do not believe that there is any kind of direct flight.

From Newark, your best options are probably Continental to Hong Kong then Cathay/Dragon Air to Denpassar, Bali.

From Newark, you can also make connections in Europe (London, Paris, Frankfurt, etc.) for carriers into Singapore or Bankok with regional carriers into Bali.

You may have more options if you could fly out of JFk.

Call Malaysian Air Lines they have a fantastic deal to Kuala Lumpur's KLIA Airport with onward travel to Bali, and 23 destinations all included. We have done it and it's the deal of a lifetime. Check it out!

Happy trails.

If you do not have one our agent has done it for us, if you like you may call her 1800 706 9271, ask for Crystal.

Hope this is of some help.

Continental offers the best routing...especially from New York, Houston, or Los Angeles.

From any of those cities there is 1 plane change service to Bali, all on the same airline (Continental).

You would fly Newark-Honolulu-Guam-Bali, with the change of plane in Guam.

They do not fly Guam-Bali 7 days a week so plan accordingly.
Thank you all for your help and information. You've saved me so much time getting to this point!

I think the flight via Guam would be the longest option, in-terms of flight time. You'll have 2 layovers! You're talking at least 20 hours to Guam. Then, tack on another 6 hours for the flight to Denpassar.

I'd still vote for the option that connects via Hong Kong, if you are intent on flying Continental, at least part-way.
