Hotels in Shanghai

Can anyone recommend a good 3 star hotel in Shanghai? HAs anyone stayed at the Pine City Hotel in Shanghai? Is it located near town or the outskirt of town?

I like the Peace Hotel right on the Bund, but I don't know its rates because my hotel came with the packaged tour. Can't be expensive because the tour company I used is not and is advertised as using 3 and 4 star hotels.
