Hotels in Hanoi

Can anyone recommend a centrally located hotel in Hanoi in the $60 range that has a pool? It seems like only the 5 star hotels have pools and they are out of my price range. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked at the Gia Boa Grand? A bit more, but not a 5 star and not high prices. Check Agoda, Asia rooms and you can find something.

I am fairly sure that the Army Hotel is the only hotel in Hanoi at that price which would have a pool.

Most people prefer to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter where none of the hotels have a pool. I suggest you save the pool idea for Hoi An or Saigon. I spend no more than $30. for an excellent room w/breakfast in low season. Check out the Sunshine or Elegance chains for quality at a great price.

Thanks for the info. Looks like the selection is pretty slim!
