Has anyone dealt with Asia Best Hotels.com
Would like to know if there were any problems using them and was the rooms reserved exactly what you ordered.

What is the site, exactly? I can't find any web site called asiabesthotels.com.

Where abouts are you booking for as best sites can often depend on where you are booking so you get local sites with a lot more choice / more options.

i just put in my dates for october for bangkok and the site came back with not hotels....don't think much of this site

Yes, I couldn't get it to find me any hotels at all in Bangkok or several other places I tried.

Sorry people I found this site by accident, when I was looking for hotels in Singapore. Their site doesnot give you prices for dates over 2 to 3 months. I did e-mail them and they did respond very quickly, their pricing for the hotel I was interested and specifying the type accomadations, came back about $39US lower then the hotel web site. You might want to e-mail them at the following:

I am pretty sure this site specializes in the singaore market in particular. their prices are indeed lower than other comparable sites like asiatravel.com but make sure you book at least THREE days in advance. I couldn't book the hotel i wanted because I cut it too close... btw, the scarlet is a fantastic little boutique hotel!

I just returned and I used www.precisionreservations.com. Only one glitch - in Saigon and they handled it through their 24/7 chat. www.asiarooms.com is another. Almost always cheaper than the hotel's website.

Although in 'some' cases or when there's a promotion hotel's own sites 'might' have good deals online services usually have cheaper, however there is a great difference.
personaly I would never use any that want credit card upfront 'before knowing if a room if available or not', I would never do that, also I would never use any that want the whole lot paid unless it is within a couple of weeks, ones I use you don't have to give any credit card details, you can request as many hotels as you want, they let you know which ones are available at the full price clearly stated, they then give you about 3 days either to choose or just forget it. Then you pay 1 nights deposit and the rest you pay a couple of weeks before arrival.
Only those would I personaly ever use.

I usually find the best deals and information on www.sawadee.com. Have booked with them several times and was always very pleased with them.
