my name in my passport is

GIven name : ABC XYZ
lastname : -

but when I got my student VISA in that name is mentioned as XYZ, ABC

Will it be a problem at the immigration ???

Not if the comma is there. Last name first is OK. Without the comma - then you'd have a problem.

I DONOT have a LAST NAME.

I only have a First name which has 2 parts tat is for ex
FIRST NAME : JOHN SAMUEL
LAST NAME : (blank)

in my student visa its come as SAMUEL,JOHN

does that mean tat SAMUEL is my last name ?? cos before the comma its the surname usually.

You don't have a family name?

In some countries/languages it would come first, in some last - but it is the 'family' name.

Or do you mean your passport is incorrect and they left off your last name?

I do not have a family name.. So in my passport my family name is blank.
