Hong Kong Views

In booking a flat for a week's stay in Hong Kong, would it be better to have the view facing Hong Kong from Kowloon or facing Kowloon from Hong Kong? We have had good luck with apartments in Europe. Is this a good ide for Hong Kong? Thanks!!

The iconic view is from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island.

I don't know how easy it will be to find an apartment with that view.

Unless you have tens of thousands of dollars to spend for a week, you won't find any apartments with harbour views.

I don't know about mcbg's price estimate. I did a quick Bing search and turned up this:
hongkong.servicedapartments.com.hk/kowloon/tsim-sha-tsui/gateway-serviced-apartments

It's the "right" view, I know nothing about this place other then where it is located.

And here is the website for this particular complex www.gatewayapartments.com.hk/en/index.htm

I note than minimum length of stay is 1 month.

Sorry, just checked - the original link via hongkongservicedapartments doesn't work.

Prices start at a bit over $5000 a month for a studio. I don't know if it has the view or not.
