Hong Kong Itinerary for a family of 6 - please help
 

Hi - my family of 6 will be in hong kong in the start of august. we will be staying at the hyatt regency hong kong shatin. here are my thoughts on the itinerary. Please let me know what you think!
Itinerary

Day 1 – August 4 – Land at 5 PM
Day 2
- Disneyland
Day 3
- Disneyland
Day 4
- CHI LIN NUNNERY & NAN LIAN GARDENS
- cable car to big buddha Ngong Ping 360
- Lady market
- Temple st night market

Day 5
- Oceanpark before 10 am

Day 6
- peak tram to the peak
- hello kitty chinese cuisine or Harbor city for an early dinner, walk down the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade. Watch the light show (Monday Wednesday Friday)

Day 7 – August 10 – Leave at 8 am

At some point:
- icon for food
- Fortuner teller near night market
- Wan chai
