Hong Kong and day trips to mainland
 

My husband and I will be in Honk Kong for about six days in February as the last stop on our trip. We are both in our 60s, active and want to explore the history and culture. We would like to see Hong Kong and also take a couple of day tours into mainland China since we will not be returning to China again.
I would appreciate suggestions for Hong Kong itineraries as well as day trips into the mainland. We want to use tour companies for our mainland trips.
