I know it's not Asia, but since I "live" on this board now, I thought I'd share.

Thanks. It's a little odd seeing my face there every time I check the boards, but it will only be there for a week I think. :-)

Did they call to interview you? Did you get a free guidebook or any goodies?

I submitted my report (which had been posted in November) and they said they liked it and wanted to feature it. They emailed me the questions and picked the photos off my website (not my choices).
As thanks for my participation, I get a guidebook of my choice-I chose Thailand of course!
I think it's nice for those who take the time to post a long report to be featured and it's good to see reports that we might otherwise miss if we don't look at every board.

hmm why didn't they choose my report. beyond the obvious grammar and spelling issue, I get the feeling they don;t appreciate my traveling misadventures.
