Help with Transport from Singapore to KL

Hi Guys

Can someone suggest the best way to go from Singapore to KL in Malaysia. I understand there is an express bus but I am interested in some cheap airlines if you know of some.

Many thanks

No budget airlines direct from Singapore to KL yet. You can take the bus route from several Singapore locations to Johor Bahru and then take Air Asia from there to KL, one was Singapore City Terminal Copthorne Orchid Hotel, but there are other ways. Direct flights are malaysia and SQ, JAL has one flight per day, 'maybe' there could be cheap fares on that one, otherwise though Air Asia from Johor Bahru.

There is the train but as you asked about flights that is a fast and cheap way of doing it.

Just adding this is a normal and popular routing and getting to Johor Bahru Airport is no big deal and using Air Asia from there to KL is popular and lots of people use that as a way of getting cheap to KL.

When I did a search for some airfares, I found that SriLankan fly SIN-KUL, I presume once daily, with lower fares than MH/SQ.

The agreement for the air link between Singapore and Malaysia to be opened up is expected to be signed this year. This will mean wide choice in terms of air lines and prices.
