Help to bring my boyfriend to visit me from Bangladesh

Hi, am really confused n need much help as possible. I have a boyfriend in Bangladesh and we do want to settle in the future but love to spend some time together before we do. The problem is I can't go Bangladesh as my entire family has found out they wil either kill me or him. So I'll rather being him here for our own safety even for visiting me for few months that way I can spend some time and I'll need this when I marry him and to bring him here. Am a 33 born n bought up British girl and I work part time in Nhs with two children from my previous marriage. What could I do and where do I start this process please please help

You need to consult with an immigration lawyer, not post on a travel forum. Good luck - it is a long, difficult and expensive process.

Kathie is right, immigration lawyers are expensive. You best bet is to get in contact with one of the many UK charities who deal with such issues. Googling forced marriages U.K. my Charities should bring up some results ( I do appreciate that yours is not a forced marriage issue but they should be able to help). https://www.gov.uk/guidance/forced-marriage May be a good starting point.

I advise caution.

If he gets a visa to visit UK with you as his sponsor, what happens if...

- Not long after he arrives he breaks off his liaison with you, and goes down the asylum route on the grounds that if he is really gay and will be persecuted if he is returned to Bangladesh.

- Once asylum is approved he then demands the right to a family life.

- Next thing all his family from Bangladesh join him.

All at the cost to British taxpayer!
