Aside from Vietnam, is there any other Southeast Asian country opening their doors to tourism? I've heard about Thailand but it seems like the COVID situation there is also dire.

Anyone can go to Phuket, Thailand now. But must be fully vaccinated and quarantine only 7 days. Once out of quarantine, can visit other nearby islands, etc. Check your airline.
