Hau hin house for rent

Looking for a house or condo to rent in the Hau Him or Cha Am area for 11 days 2/18 - 3/1. Planning to play golf, snorkle and soak up some sun. Would like to have pool on site. Hoping to find something under $75USA a night. Have tried several of the web sites, but don't seem to find anything that fits both the budget and the desire to find a place that is clean, upscale, pool, etc. Anyone have ideas?

In order to give some ideas, and apologies for a direct question but is there a particular reason to go for condo / vacation rental as opposed to resort hotel ?
There 'are' some very expensive beach houses with pools but they would be in the hundreds per night.
Golf for sure, plenty of top class courses ( something like 7 or 8 I think ) in the area, sun no problem, snorkeling forget though unless you don't mind a 2 hour road hourney plus 15 mins boat to Koh Talu island to snorkel, but if you have 11 nights perhaps a day trip would work out ok.
There are good beach resorts, boutique style places, some with outdoor jacuzis.
Did you try the Ocean Breeze ?, though probably in the 80-90 range, they have a few garden suites with own gardens and small dip pool a few minutes to the beach and would probably be in your price range with classy service.
Otherwise perhaps one of the boutique places like S'Mor Spa. We have been going down for years and years so know quite a lot of places.

Did you try Baan Talay Samran at Cha Am ? that should be around your range or perhaps more, apartments and some villas.

That's quite close to Springfield and Lakeview Courses. Though about 20 minutes from Hua hin town.
Might be something along the lines of what you are after, they are modern, Ocean Breeze is more Thai style.

Baan Talay Samran they have their own outdoor spa jacuzzis plus there is a main swimming pool, have not stayed but visited there when family friends were there, we ourselves always keep to South beach / Takiab area of Hua Hin as we prefer it, about 10 mins to town but same time right next to rural area, ( elephants, quiet beach, fishing villages etc )

JamesA, we were thiking that a house or condo would give us a little bit more privacy, and a chance to do some or our own cooking.
Sounds like a house rental will be more than a hotel, correct? I will check out Baan Taly and the Ocean Breeze. Does anyne have additional suggestions?
