Has anyone used an online booking service for hotels in Bali?

Hello,
I'm trying to book a room at Agung Raka Bungalow in Ubud, but the hotel has not responded to my emails.

There are rooms showing available for the night I want, through the sites like:
Bali Discovery Tours
Indo.com
Hotel-rates.com

Has anyone used any of these sites or know if they are safe / credible? Any advice is appreciated.

F

I've used Bali Discovery Tours. They are credible, competent and safe. Go for it.

I generally use Agoda for all my Asian hotel bookings, including Bali, which I visit 2 or 3 times a year. Aside from full hotels, I've never had a problem with them.

I just used Passionasia.com. Never used them before, but they were best prices. I used them for 2 hotels, one has already confirmed my reservations. We leave in Feb 2008. John
