Has anyone bought this thing? 1st Class Sleeper

Has anyone bought this thing?

The 1st Class Sleeper turns your cramped coach seat into a lap of luxury. Veteran commercial pilot Captain Bob Duncan couldn't sleep in airplane seats on his commutes home, so he invented the ingenious 1st Class Sleeper, an inflatable "bed in the clouds" that's endorsed by chiropractors and orthopedic surgeons. Just place it against the back of your plane seat, inflate with 10-12 quick breaths, then lie back and relax. Your neck, shoulders and spine will be kept in perfect alignment, eliminating stiffness and pain, even on the longest flights, so you'll arrive at your destination perfectly rested! May also be folded in half and used as a lumbar pillow. Rolls up for easy storage in your carry-on bag. Ideal for train, car and tour bus travel, too. Includes drawstring pouch, overhead air adapter hose and illustrated instructions. (12 x 3" folded; 18 oz)

Sounds like a gimmick to me!

I think I read some comments on this over on the Africa board....try doing a search or post there.

I have one and I think it works pretty well. Got the best (only?) sleep ever on coach seat to Europe.

Granted I haven't tried this item...
I have seen it in the onboard catalogs and wonder about being positioned even closer to the seat in front of me.

I read about it on the Africa forum and promptly ordered one from Amazon.com. I think it's going to be good--but won't actually use it until our trip to Argentina, Antarctica (flying, not cruising!), Chile, and Easter Island next month. I took it out of its bag and folded it up in order to take as little space as possible in my carry-on.
