Haircut in Bangkok.
 

About the time I get to Bangkok I'm going to want a haircut. Are there any women here who have short hair and have been pleased with a cut they got there? Price is irrelevant, you know what I mean.

Yes! There are women here who are happy with haircuts (short pixie hair) in Bangkok. I used to go to the salon at Central Chidlom Department Store, but they moved. Od is my haircutter. He can now be found BEHIND Central Dept Store. If you enter the Central store, ground floor, and go all the way thru the 'grocery market' area, to the pharmacy/drug store part on first floor, you will see an exit door. It is back by a small Mos Burger place. Go out that exit and walk across the parking driveway to the next building. There is an open entrance to that building. Walk in that entrance and go all the way thru to the other side of it. The salon in there, on the right. I have never bothered to write down the name of the place. But OD is a great haircutter IMO.

my wife loves the salon at the peninsula hotel, and i do also..

I thought I might get suggestions for hotel salons, hence the price comment. When in doubt on other trips I've headed for an upscale hotel. Thanks.
