guide for bangkok

we are planning to be in bangkok Feb 29/08, taking a cruise. we will be leaving on the 30th from the port. we need a guide to take us from the ship to the city and back both days. Is this possible and can you recommend the best way to do this with a top guide.

thank you... Is the port very far from the city and would it take a long time?

Wait - I don't think you need a guide, you just need a driver. It would be much less expensive to email one of the "limo" services to transport you, like AAC limo or one of the others.
