We recently stayed at Solo Victoria in Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi and I would not recemmend it unless you are on a tight budget and don't mind very plain rooms and shabby bathrooms. The staff are friendly enough and the location good, but the rooms (we had the "best" executive ones) and bathroom cleanliness / fixtures leave much to be desired.
