good jazz and piano bar
 

after spending a few days in may, in tokyo eating sushi at tsukiji and drinking sake, and waking up mrwunrfl ;), i will be off to bkk. i have read threads on jazz in bkk, and the only thing i saw was the sunday jazz brunch at some hotel. i will arr sunday nite and leave saturday, so i will miss the sunday jazz brunch. does anyone know of a lounge/bar with live jazz music, or even just a simple piano bar. can't be spending all my night hours in papong.:).

In the area of Victory Monument there is a club called Saxophone. They had a great jazz combo when I was there. The food wasn't too bad either!
