Getting a visa-vietnam

Just wanted to let everyone know how easy it was to get the visa from Washington. Mail 2 separate money orders, (25.00 visa fee and 40.00 regular processing fee) payable to The Embassy of Vietnam -I got it free at my bank. They accept 2 applications at one time. I sent them express mail with return. Couldn't believe how easy it was after sending in my passport, I was very nervous. Thanks to all who help. I leave Nov. 4th from Atlanta. Alana

Great! These things usually work well, but the email and phone (mis)communication with the VN embassy and consulates is not reassuring.

Is it same cost to send to San Fran? What address did you use to mail to DC?
Glad it was a breeze. We get there Nov. 4. . maybe our paths will cross. Have a blast!
