Have been e'mailing both addresses for ACC for the last two weeks for airport transfer. No Reply! Leaving for Bangkok in the morning, just as well I have other contacts.
All Foderites be aware. It appears ACC is one to be avoided!

I tried to book the airport transfer on their website, but it did not go thru completely, so I e-mailed them asking for confirmation. Next day, I got a reply with the exact details and the confirmation of my booking.
I am not sure where they are located within new airport though. We are leaving for Bangkok on Saturday.

The limp service Bob uses is AAc, not ACC. We used them twicew in November. Perfect each time.

i suspect they will be there but if they are not, AOT (the new airport limo svc) has a desk right there...

should not be a problem

I would just go to the limo counter on arrival, they have limos 24/7 should be easy easy, have a great trip!
