i got a spam message from another fodorite two days ago...

I'm sooooooo sorry it's still sending out spam!!! I finally called hotmail today and said... well, I won't say exactly what I said... but the account if CLOSED. I don't know if it will still continue to send out spam... "they" have the email addresses already... whoever "they" are. I think it's somewhere in CHINA. Makes me ill to think about it.

I also got one of the messages today, to my new account at yahoo. I'll email you from my new address. Although, now that I got that SPAM in my yahoo acct today, that means they have breeched that one also???

I don't know how to stop it, other than changing and cancelling email addresses regularly. UGH

Again, soooooooooo sorry this happened. I'll bet other fodors get the same thing.

If anyone out there knows what to do to put a stop to it, I'm listening!!!

Lot of it going around - I just got spam from someone who was on the same tour nine years ago and whom I hadn't heard from in years.

I sure wish it could be stopped!
