There are no non-stop flights from Hawaii to Hong Kong. Most common way is to fly through Tokyo. But Osaka, Seoul, Taipei and even Guam (twice a week) are possible connections.

We flew in reverse. Hong Kong to Hawaii via Narita. We started off with NorthWest (HK to Narita) and then were asked in Japan to change to JAL for the Narita to Hawaii portion because of overbooking. My husband jumped at it because he loves JAL.

We had orignally looked at going the other direction (Hawaii first) and it did do the stop-over in Guam. Can't remember the airline. It would have been with Continental FF.

United and Cathay pacific and I think that Singapore also does. I work for Unitd so I know most routes.
