Fishing in Kyoto or Osaka
 

Hi everyone,

My boyfriend and I are making our second trip to Japan from February 16th-25th. We'll be staying in Osaka until the 21st and Kyoto from then on. My question for this forum is about fishing- is it possible to go fly or bass fishing around those areas during that time of the year, and if so, where? I couldn't find too much info on a quick google search. We're going without a tour group so I can't inquire about it to a tour leader or anything like that. Any information on where and how this would be possible is appreciated. Thanks!
