First 5 tigers removed from Tiger Temple

Finally the temple which is accused of trafficking and abusing the tigers for over a decade are now being relieved of some of their charges....

Thank you for that informative article. I did not know how much abuse there was. At least it's being addressed unlike here.

Just need Tiger Kingdom, Phuket Dolphinarium, Phuket Zoo and all the Elephant Trekking places here closed down now!

At least the Orangutan has been rescued after the "Zoo" dumped her still locked in a cage in the middle of a National Park!

You're forgetting the Sri Racha Tiger zoo....which is run on the lines of a farm.

the temple has now been declined a licence as a zoo and has had another 5 tigers removed. It says they will buy them back later.........it is worth noting that they don't actually own any of the tigers at the temple.
