Fethiye to Bodrum
 

Hi, we've booked 3 nights in Fethiye before taking the bus to Bodrum. Will it be worth our while to take a trip to Dalyan for Mud baths and to see sea Turtles?
Is it advisable to instead of returning to Fethiye and taking the bus to Bodrum the next morning, to do this trip on our last day before travelling to Bodrum and instead of returning to Fethiye just for the night, rather overnight somewhere near Dalyan and continue the next morning to Bodrum?

Turkey is on two continents but as far as Fodors is concerned it is very much in Europe. I would repost on the Europe forum.

Fethiye and Bodrum are both lovely scenic destinations. The Bodrum Peninsular in particular is gorgeous.

Excellent transport infrastructure, and very easy to get around quickly and cheaply by shared mini-bus [Dolmus].

Definitely dalyan is worth a visit as well as Iztuzu Beach wjere Caretta Caretta turtles lay their eggs. Don't forget to try famous blue crabs...
