Famous restaurant in Hoi An
 

The name of the Co Mai,of famous French chef Didier Corlou (who now reside in Cannes, on the French Riviere, where he has opened a restaurant) has changed, The new name is Madame Hien Hoi An, Madame Hien being the name of his mother-in-law (he had a restaurant of the same name in Hanoi, together with the Porte d'Annam and La Vertcale, the three of them closed for good because of no clients during the covid epidemy of 2020

There are no dishes specific in Hoi An, just a large number of excellent restaurants. Being a few kilometers from the sea,-food is prominent. I appreciate especially the fried fish. In fact, the Dao Tien offers a special very large dish of various sea-food products, shells and fish, a meal in itself.
