fabric and trims

I'm now packing for my long awaited flight to Thailand and have one more question.

While in Bangkok can I find trims for draperies and bed covers? If so can you direct me to what area?
Thanks for any info!

there are several fabric shops around town...one big one is on the corner of sukhumvit and asoke...some of the big malls also have shops of interest for you...

try to find paya, a shop specializing in interior decor...they used to be at about soi 53 on sukhumvit but have moved more into the soi from the main street...

jim thompson and the other silk companies have things that might interest you...

I have bought alot of fabric at the Jim Thompson outlet store, for my dining room, living room and bedroom. Prices and selection are outstanding, but I'm referring to the outlet store, not the regular ones.

The Jim Thompson fabrics are gorgeous but pricey. I've also purchased fabric from the JT outlet where the prices are very good.

Thanks!

The Soi 93 outlet is the largest. The one on Suriwong, which is close to the main store, is fabrics only.
