Hi, I have had very large prostate for some years now and I used to take medication to relax the prostate. My brother was recently admitted into hospital with a very bad water infection which we believe was caused by his inability to pass water again due to a enlarged prostate.

Doctor told me in advance I would have retrograde ejaculation everyone gets it. It means your cum goes backwards into your bladder and you will never see it again.
Is it true?
