Eating Fresh salads Uzbekistan
 

Hi,
We are on our way to Uzbekistan soon. We usually eat at moderate to high end restaurants relatively speaking...
Is it safe to eat salads etc in decent restaurants or is it off limits everywhere. We've seen pictures of great looking fresh tomato salads...

Tomatoes seem to be OK, but watch out for lettuce. I got sick my last day in Uzbekistan eating chicken and avocado that were served on lettuce.
