Dusit laguna resort in Phuket condition after the Tidlewaves?
 

I'm wondering about the Dusit in Phuket. Has anyone heard or know anything about the hotel's conditions after the Tsunami. Thank you.

Some damage but I believe the hotel is open.

There was a website posted earlier in the week (believe Mon. 12/27) that had listed most hotels in Phuket and their condition after the tsunami. If you scroll down you will find the post with the website, but as I recall the Dusit Laguna had damage to their beach up the dunes to the pool, gardens and all first floor rooms and restaurants and probably their spa and shops. When things will be cleaned up and opened for usual business was not made clear.
