I booked by myself all hotels, train Agra-Varanasi and domestic flight Varanasi-Delhi.
We got a good quotation for our family of 4 (with 2 kids) but there was a mistake in the itinerary. We stayed 2 nights in Varanasi as they included a day trip to Chandraphraba Nature Reserve, 70km from Varanasi but unfortunately in this dry period there is neither jungle nor waterfalls but only dried trees and nobody at all. We complained to them that we had a useless wasted day there. They should have known it and we would have cut that day.
