"Death slide" at Great Wall

I've heard there's a "death slide" down from the Great Wall, possibly from Mutianyu. See photo on www.pbase.com/image/36246446. Looks like fun! Does anybody know anything about it, in particular its location?

That is not the death slide at Mutianyu. The slide at Mutianyu is like a sliding board, like a sluice, and you sit on a little thing with wheels. I walked down but at one tight turn of the slide there was an attendant, presumuably to catch people who didn't make the bend.

That pic is of what I think is called a zip line. I didn't see any river at Mutianyu so it must be another site.

Thanks mrwunrfl, that also sounds like fun.

Its on the side at Badaling. Its like a sled with wheels. You have a great view of the Great Wall as you descend. One of the best rides in my entire life! About 30 RMB

So we have slides at both Mutianyu and Badaling but where's the ride hanging onto a pulley on a cable as shown on www.pbase.com/image/36246446. Anybody?

I've done some more research and the cable ride I meant is at Simatai. I've found some photo's of the toboggan ride at Mutianyu on www.worldisround.com/articles/46876/photo28.html and even a video on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ByjGp...earch=toboggan
