What is the best way to get currency in the Philippines
(I know in Paris I went to a Bank of America partner BNP and just used an atm that would give the bank to bank exchange rate, but Bank of America said they don't have a partner in Philippines) But is there another bank that does??? Thanks
P.S. This is urgent because my girlfriend is going back to visit a sick relative and wanted me to come with her...so I know nothing about traveling there. Thanks

Looks like you're in LA. Contact Global Couriers in Panorama City at 818-920-9448. They're affiliated with Rizal Commercial Banking Corp (RCBC) and they can help you or at the very least, direct you to the right place in the Philippines.
Be VERY VERY CAREFUL when using ATM's especially in the Philippines, as well as the so called "money changers" unless you have someone local and trustworthy who's with you.
You may want to consider changing some of your dollars here and the rest in the Philippines. Your girlfriend's family may be able to help you once you get there.
