CR area driving times
 

Does anyone know the driving time from Anatara to Doi Tung? And from Anatara to Chiang Rai? Thanks. And I guess from Doi Tung to Chiang Rai too?

It's an hour from CR to the Anantara. It's about an hour or perhaps a bit more from the Anantara to Doi Tung.

Thanks Kathie. Would you know how long from Doi Tung to Chaing Rai? I am trying to look at the map and figure out - but it is hard to tell driving times by the map.

i think it is less time than kathie says to doi tung, maybe 30-45 minutes...

probably about 1 hour from DT to CR

there is virtually no traffic on the roads....

Bob, it may depend some on how you go to Doi Tung. We wanted to visit the crafts workshops, coffee roasting facility, etc. set up by the Queen Mother. So I know we took a longer route in, but I think it was about an hour back...
