Classical music in Beijing

Somewhat of an obscure question, but thought I'd try...my cousin is living in Beijing right now (husband is working there) thru this July and is interested in finding some Chinese musicians to join her for a string quartet (she plays viola professionally). Any ideas on websites for musicians or places to check? She's not so interested in ex-pats but more in Asian players. TIA for any ideas.

She can start with the Central Music Conservatory, the country's leading music institution in Beijing.

Thanks for that reco. I've gone to their website and it's all in Chinese. Would the best thing be for her to actually go there? Is it likely someone there will speak English?

...in fact, I can't even find an actual address for the Conservatory online. The closest I've found is

" located on the site of the former Prince Chun's Residence ( in which Emperor Kuang-hsu was born) , in the southwest corner of the once Inner City of Beijing"

43 Baojia Street, Xicheng District. Her husband's workplace may be be able to contact someone there who can speak English for her.
