Choice of Shanghai Hotel

I can choose from the Le meredien or Regent in Shanghai. I am a little concerned about location of the Regent I will have a guide for 2 of the 4 days.Can anybody help me out on how to decide?Money is not the issue)

Le Meredien is in a better location, no question about it.
