Chinese visa

I live 100 miles from San Francisco and the Chinese consulate to obtain a tourist visa. The SF consulate does not accept mail-in applications. Can anyone recommend a reliable 3rd party to obtain a Chinese tourist visa? Thank you in advance!

I used Travisa to get a visa for Russia and would use them again.
